Terms of purchase and use.

What you buy

A licence key and the packages it covers. For each package that is the ComfyUI workflow, the one-line RunPod install, its handbook and its test suite, with twelve months of updates through your key. The workflows also run in your own ComfyUI, at the version each package lists; the RunPod install is the easy path.

SoulCraft never sells, hosts or licenses models or LoRAs. Your pod (or your own ComfyUI) downloads them from their publishers, on Hugging Face and Civitai, under the publishers' own licences and terms, which the handbook lists file by file. By downloading a model or a LoRA you accept its licence and terms, with its publisher.

The key

One key per customer, valid on up to three pods at a time (you can deactivate a pod in your Polar portal). Updates for twelve months from purchase; what you installed keeps working after that. A thirty-day key stops validating after thirty days; nothing is removed from your volume.

Use

SoulCraft packages are safe-for-work by design and carry no switch that changes that. You agree not to use them to produce sexual content, brutal violence, or imagery of real people without their consent, and to comply with the licences of the models the packages use, including the content-moderation clause of the Krea 2 Community Licence and the MiniMax H3 Community License Agreement for the three packages built on it, which you accept on terms at least as protective as its own. Where the law requires it, disclose that imagery was AI-generated.

Privacy

The site receives a key, a pod id, a base version, a GPU name and a country when a pod installs. It never receives a prompt, an image, a video or a model name, and it keeps no such thing.

Support and refunds

support@soulcraft.computer. Refunds through Polar within its policy; a refunded key is revoked.
