MiniMax H3, and what its licence asks of you.
SoulCraft sells the workflows. The model comes from MiniMax, under MiniMax's terms.
The Video Creator, Video Replacer and Video Continuer are built on MiniMax H3, released by MiniMax under the MiniMax H3 Community License Agreement. SoulCraft does not sell or host the model: when one of these packages installs, your pod downloads MiniMax H3 from Hugging Face under that agreement.
Buying one of these packages from SoulCraft means accepting terms at least as protective of MiniMax as that agreement, which every package download carries in full alongside a NOTICE file.
What the agreement says, in short
- The MiniMax H3 name is displayed on any product that uses it, which is why it appears on those three product pages and inside the workflow.
- Every copy carries the NOTICE file and the agreement, and any modified files are marked as modified.
- SoulCraft sells the workflow and its installer, never the model. Your pod downloads MiniMax H3 from Hugging Face, and that download is yours, under the agreement's own terms.
- Outputs may not be used to train other models, and a service built on the model must keep safeguards and a way to report misuse.
The NOTICE file: NOTICE-minimax-h3.txt. The agreement's full text is in every H3 package download. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
